Deutsch: Kunstinstallation „Himmelsleiter“ (Billi Thanner, 2022/23) am Turm der St.-Lamberti-Kirche in Münster, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland
Die vormals am Stephansdom zu sehende „Himmelsleiter“ der Wiener Künstlerin Billi Thanner wurde an und in der St.-Lamberti-Kirche im 3. September 2022 angebracht. Der äußere Teil leuchtet in Münster am 2. März 2024 letztmalig und verlässt dann die Kirche nach mehrfacher Verlängerung, um ab Mai 2024 in Paris an der Kirche Saint Eustache angebracht zu werden. Der innere Teil verbleibt in Münster.
Die Kunstinstallation besteht aus zwei Teilen. Außen am Turm der St.-Lamberti-Kirche ist ein 36 Meter langes, innen ein 12 Meter langes Teilstück montiert.

The “Himmelsleiter” (Ladder to Heaven) by Viennese artist Billi Thanner, which was previously on display at St. Stephen’s Cathedral, was installed on and in St. Lambert’s Church on September 3, 2022. The outer part will light up for the last time in Münster on March 2, 2024 and will then leave the church after several extensions to be installed on the church of Saint Eustache in Paris from May 2024. The inner part will remain in Münster. The art installation consists of two parts. A 36-meter-long section is mounted on the outside of the tower of St. Lambert’s Church and a 12-meter-long section on the inside.
